Just a peek at what it looks like around here when the snow starts to melt…
no comments We have been selling some surplus straw this winter, but if the hill we have to climb to get out has thawed out at all it can get real interesting trying to get up it. Good thing we’ve got a few tough tractors to help the truck get out.
P.S. A name has been chosen for the calf. In the coming days she will get her tag in along with an update on how she’s doing. no comments Spent the other day talking with our agronomist about soil tests and our fertilizer program. It’s a bit more complex than just dropping a seed in the ground and hoping for the best. We have to plan and prepare months, sometimes years in advance.  no comments The last daily chore every night.
